Congrats Chris! I wish they would let the winners of each class go head to head at the end. The EVO would have given them all a run for their money last night.
They put on a pretty kick ass event. It was well organized, you could see everything and it was cool that you could hear even the quite cars up in the stands. I think next week I will park in the infield and see how I like that.

i was on the infield.. there was more objects blocking your view i was at the start line and it was very hard to see the finish line, i think the stands would of been ezer to watch from
Well that sux! I guess it doesn't really matter because from what I saw last night they send the racers right back around to the lanes after their run and they don't get a chance to get out and chat anyway.
From the stands you get a great view and get the hear the cars surprisingly well.

So after you finish the race how do they route you back to the start of the 1/4 mile?
You turn along with the track, the loser exits off through a small exit on the left and the winner drives all the way around the track and back to staging, its all marked with cones and people in neon green shirts.

Several people have been asking the same question but I have yet to see the event coordinators post the actual track length.
