I was driving down the service road coming off industrial trying to go west on 183 and i hit a manhole that was like 5" high. I saw it and hit the brakes but couldn't stop, there wasn't room between the manhole and the wall so i tried to straddle it and it took out my intercooler, radiator and bent my core support.

No! That sucks man. Those things are insanely high. I don't get why they haven't brought the street up to meet them yet.

The manhole was actually raised 3.5" and between last night when i hit it and now there was another car that hit that same manhole and lost control and went though the construction barrier that my car was sitting on the other side of.

Do you have full coverage insurance? Even still, start by calling the insurance company and asking them what steps you need to take, I'm sure thye handle this often. Mine covered 2 cracked wheels from a pot hole in the freeway.

No i don't have full coverage. I didn't even consider that my insurance would pay for it. I'll definitely give it a shot.
